Coleman is an experienced therapist (20+ years) with a practice focusing on individual therapy and couples therapy for adults. Coleman provides counseling for men, women, and couples from all backgrounds, and creates a warm and nurturing therapeutic environment. Therapy with Coleman includes an eclectic mix of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), therapy guided by the Gottman method, mindfulness, and trauma focused therapy. Coleman’s therapy style encourages self-compassion, understanding, resilience and hope. Coleman works in our James Island office with appointments available in-person or via telehealth.
