When I call for an appointment

a. The director or one of the therapists will call me back within 24 hours,

b.  Explain the services LPCC has to offer,

c. With respect and the utmost confidentiality, ask me some questions about why I called and what is going on in my life, 

d. Answer my questions in order to make me feel comfortable,

e. Offer to set an appointment with the right counselor in the most convenient location.
